Major R.D. Walker,

Kowloon-Canton Railway,

Dear Sir,

Kowloon.

WAGONS-LITS COACHES.

With reference to our conversation of even date with regard to the storage of 22 cars, we confirm our request that you proceed immediately with the construction of sidings at our expense.

We would express our appreciation for your endeavour to keep the expenses as low as possible, and for your effort to oblige us in this matter.

It is understood that although you are building these sidings for the special purpose of storing these cars, the sidings will be the property of the Kowloon-Canton Railway.

We understand that you are prepared to store the cars free of charge for a period of one hundred and twenty days and that after this period has elapsed it will be twenty-five cents per day per coach.

Would you be kind enough to acknowledge this letter confirming that our understandings are correct

Yours faithfully,

THOS: COOK & 30N, LTD.,

per N.J. Perrin,

Manager.
